Lil' Lancer and Jr. Lancer Families,

I apologize that the weather is not cooperating with us tomorrow! I know rescheduling the Mini Meet may impact many of you and your ability to attend. I am so sorry. 

Please see the updated information below:

When: Monday, July 20th @ 10:00am check in time

What to Expect: Please arrive by 10 am to check swimmers in and for adult to get organized into volunteer positions. Please arrive ready to lend a helping hand as we will be on a bit of a time crunch. 

Swimmers will be swimming freestyle and backstroke in this meet. There will be coaches in the water to assist them and noodles, if necessary. We will need timers, recorders, runners (people to take cards to the other end of the pool), ribbons, and help organizing the swimmers at Clerk of Course. 

After the swimmers finish each race, they should report back to the large pavilion. Once the meet has finished, please meet at the pavilion for the swimmers to receive a snack, ribbons, and their end of year awards! The goal is to be done around 11:45am.
