Coach Lauren has been swimming in Lake Ridge her whole life. She grew up in the PWSL as a Ridgewood Barracuda starting at the age of 6. She spent many years coaching for the Barracudas including leading a "learn to swim" program there. Her love for swimming continued to grow as she was team member on OCCS, QDD, and Woodbridge High School Swim Team. She was elated to join the Lancer Swim Family as an Assistant Head Coach and in 2020 joined us as our Head Coach. She has also been a PWCS teacher for over 10 years here in the Lake Ridge community.
Coach Jonathan has been swimming since he was 11 years old. He has been part of the Lancer Family as a swimmer or a coach for over 20 years! He has been a proud team member of Hylton HS, Wingate University Varsity, and James Madison Club teams.
Coach Jonathan has degrees in Sports and Recreation Management as well as Sports Leadership. He currently works as part of PWCS and is also a Lead Coach with Prince William Amberjax.
