Lancer families may drop off tents the Friday night after 7:15pm. Please stay to help set up the pool for this event. Many hands make light work! Please arrive before swimmer check in. Swimmers should be ready to check in by 5:55 AM for a 6:05AM warmup. |

Start: 7:00 AM
Pool Location: 12350 Oakwood Drive, Woodbridge, VA 22192 Please arrive by 6:00 AM so swimmers are ready to check in by 6:15 AM. Most of the parking in the pool lot is reserved, so visitors will need to park along Oakwood Drive or other side streets. There is a strict NO PARKING policy on Old Bridge Road and in the field next to the pool.

Lancers host the Dale City Frogs at HOME
It's time for us to compete in a friendly rivalry that has existed for decades! We travel literally 3 lights down Old Bridge to the Ridgewood Barracudas. 
For our last regular meet of the season, we will be visiting Veteran's Park Marlins.
