Hi Lancers Families! Please take a moment to read these important announcements for this week:

FRIDAY FUN DAY

This Friday is our first Friday FUN Day! All competitive lancers can come enjoy fun pool games and activities from 9-10:30am. Swimmers 13 and up can play Water Polo from 8-9am. Each Friday Fun Day will have a different theme – this Friday’s theme is Hawaiian, so wear your leis, hula skirts, and Hawaiian shirts!

LANCER BUDDIES

Coaches are working on pairing up Lancer Buddies. Here are the themes for all the meets so you have plenty of time to prepare:

6/21 Montclair: "Buddy Selfies" - take a selfie with you buddy (and share in Google Drive -more info to come) and cheer for them!
6/28 Dale City: "Breakfast in a Bag" - bring your buddy a small swim breakfast

7/12 Ridgewood: "Play All Day" - find, make, or print a fun game or activity for your buddy to enjoy during down time at the meet
7/19 Veteran's Park: "Swim Buddies are so Sweet" - Homemade Goodie or bring your buddy's favorite treat
7/26 Divisionals: LANCER SPIRIT - decorate your buddy's bag/tent, make a sign, buy them something Red/Black to represent our team

YOGA ON DECK

The Yoga 6 Studio in Lake Ridge has offered to provide our Lancer family (adults only) with a 45-minute yoga session on deck! If you are interested, please click on the Signup Genius link below and select a date and time that works best for you. We'll coordinate with the studio based on the most requested day and time.
