Reminder: Register for Spring Conditioning

Hi Lancer Family!

Hope everyone is staying warm! Just a reminder that Spring Conditioning will be starting the first Sunday in March @ PWCS Aquatics Center (Colgan). Spots are filling up quickly, so do not delay in registering!

When: Sundays in March, April, May

Dates: 3/2, 3/9, 3/16, 3/30, 4/13, 4/27, 5/4, 5/11 (8 Sessions)

Time: 10 & Under 2 pm - 3 pm (based off of their age on 6/1/2025)

11 & Up 3 pm - 4 pm (based off their age on 6/1/2025)

Where: PWCS Aquatics - Colgan High School

Who: All 2024 Competitive Team Swimmers and Jr. Lancers (at this time, we are not able to accommodate Lil' Lancers)

Cost: $130 for the 1st Registered Swimmer; $115 for additional sibling swimmers

1. No Conditioning tomorrow as Colgan is closed. See everyone next Sunday.

2. Summer Registration is OPEN! Take advantage of discounted rates now until April 1st! Head to lakeridgelancers.org to register.
