Happy Holidays and 2025 Updates!

Happy Holidays from the
Lake Ridge Lancers Board!

We have lots to share for the 2025 season! First off, welcome to our NEW platform, SwimTopia! The Prince William Swim League has switched from TeamUnify to SwimTopia that will allow for more streamlined swim meets. We will no longer be using our TeamUnify site, or any TeamUnify communications. Please bookmark our new site, https://lakeridgelancers.swimtopia.com/ for team resources and updates, and please look out for announcements like this one via SwimTopia. You can download the SwimTopia app in the App Store or Google Play.

We are also excited to announce Spring Conditioning will begin in March! Sessions will be held on Sundays from 2pm - 4pm. All sessions will be at the PWCS Aquatics Center located at Colgan High. A Google signup form will be sent out in early January, please keep an eye out in your inbox and look for updates on our Facebook page, https://www.facebook.com/lakeridgelancers/.
